Hi Fellas;

Any suggestions?
BCM 50 (rls 5) dials to BCM 450 (rls 6) - no problem, right through.
450 - 50 says it's connecting/connected (in Monitor) but it takes 26 seconds before the call starts ringing.

Thanks.

Try dialing # after you have dialed the number? If that fixes the issue you have a problem on your dial plan you need to setup the private dial plan or you have left the route as public. You might have done this to allow local break out at either end. If so you will need 2 seperate routes to speed up the dial process.

Thanks,
Colin

Thanks for the quick response Colin;

the route is set-up as private, and when I hit digits it does nothing.

Something else I have just discovered, they are "connected"... the receiving bcm says it's "alerting" for 23/24 secs.
I thought it might be the target #, but I just set-up a different target # to a seperate extension and got the same result.

Puzzling...

It's a private network with a fibre link at both ends. No firewalls within the network (i.t. guy says it's wide open internally).
What's the latest patch for a 450 rls 6?
