dialing an extension during greeting

Greetings,
I'm migrating from an Octel 300 to AAM 6.3. Users could tell callers to dial XXXX for help as they listened to the greeting, besides the "0" out option. I cant seem to do this in AAM. I see there is the "0" option. Is this the only place to do this? Thank you all in advance.

Zero is your only option unless you front end every user with a caller application
