Our system is setup with the simple dial 9 to get out. The one problem I am having is there is a single phone in the whole building that can not use 9 to dial out. Only inside calls can be made, when 9 is pressed to dial an outside line you get the error tone high low beep. I know it is a system programming issue, but I can not seem to find out where it is hidded. I am using WinSPM to connect to it, and walkthrough would be appreciated.

There are possibly two items to check, the FRL/ARS restriction level and the Restrictions option setting for the station in question.

If you are using WinSPM - then go to system programming, start/exit, more, print, more, more, extention info - and print a report for the extention in question - then post it here - the answer to your problem will become obvious.
