Where is the option set in a Legend to program in the option to dial 9. Right now the system I'm working on, the people using the phone have to dial 2 9's, one to get an outside line and the second because they have centrex lines. Please help/advise. I'm searching through the options in the programming and don't see where that is set. Thanks.

If they have to dial two 9's, the second 9 is outside of the control of the system. If you're using ARS, you could program the system to automatically insert the 9 if its in the default local calling group. Then, for your on-centrex calls, put them in their own ARS table and have the system not insert a 9 for those matching patterns.

Hope this helps...

Kris
