Dialing 9 and the ARS

I have done it before and i forget how I did it.

In the ARS i added a code so that I would not have to dial 9 for an outside line just dial phone number and it does the 9 for me..

Anyone help me out on this please and thank you.

you have to circumvent the ars by creating a shortcode that takes anything and dials it on the line
