Search function not working for me so don't know if answered elsewhere but having prob with dialing 0. Situation: we used to have attendant consoles at each branch and at operations center. A little over a year ago, to reduce bank costs, contractor removed branch consoles and reconfigured to have all inbound CO calls routed to ops center. Prob is that dialing 0 at each branch takes you to voice recording in place when console last working. What I'd like to do is to have call routed to operator when dialing 0. atdn=0 and nit1=7000. Tried changing nit1 to operator dn but get error "invalid dn". Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

per dn 0, if you take that out you can use it as a acd dn and make the ncfw any number...
