When a customer dials 0 in voice mail it rings extension 10 but it never goes into extension 10's voicemail. But if you dial extension 10 from voicemail it will forward to it's box. Why isn't 0 calls going into extension 10's voice mail.
Change the dtmf breakout of *0/0 to 10. It is probably going to the CAS operator which doesn't cover to voicemail. By changing it to 10, it will then follow extension 10's path to voicemail.
