I have two office locations on the same phone system and i'm trying configure the phone system so that when a caller presses 0, they get a menu option to press 1 for operator in office A, press 2 for operator in office B. How can I do this?

Its a BCM 200 running BCM 3.6 with Callpilot 2.5

thanks in advance

Only the AA/CCR can do this for you by pressing 1 and 2.Or if they have seperate lines assign different AA's and then the dial 0 out of the AA's will go to the different recepts.

I think I used to set AA/TABLE/ADNT to 000, this will turn 0 off without the use of F982 and getting the operator is unavialable, you then say for operator press 8 then give them choice of 1 or 2.
