Hi,

i've created an agent programm for a call center.what i need is a (power would be enough -not predictive) dialer programm that communicates with alcatel pbx 4400.the only thing that is left for me.Any help,suggestion would be appreciated.

There are many available that can connect to most switches and in turn connect to your front end application.

Genesys tends to be the preferred CTI route for alcatel systems, though I personally have used several and like the Callmedia range. However, it also depends on the size of the centre that you are installing into as to which product fits your needs. There are 20+ companies that I could think of that can help you but most of those are geared for call centres with a large quantity of agents.

I actually found this site from the Call centre voice web site so I hope no-one minds me posting this reply, but I would recommend a visit to as this site often discusses dialler pro's and con's.
