Team hello.
I am looking for a BCM compatible dialer. Any ideas?
also i am looking for an alternative to lan CTE as it is not supported on WIN64BIT and WIN1064.
Customers are asking to have click to dial functionality via outlook contacts or other applications and i am looking for a possible solution.

Thanks

Nikos

I don't think there is any alternative to LAN CTE, but there is a way to make work the 2050 Softphone of the BCM 3.7 on win7 and win10 32/64bits by simply making it as a portable app with Thinapp from vmware, you install it on a windows xp and the thinapp creat a portable app with the winxp variables, it's work full functionnal ,i personaly tryed it. But i never tryed with LAN CTE it's abit more complex but who know.

Same Answer for you in this case.
Maybe you find an olde Release of PROCALL and install it on a Server 2003 or Workstation running XP.
LAN CTE is for Windows TAPI based applications.
Microsoft only supports this protocol up to version 2003.
Personally, I have used CTI products from These have been further developed for use with SIP CTI.
