dear all
I have Cisco Call Manager related to Avaya, it configured as if dial 9, i get CO from Avaya (routed to Avaya CO).
The problem is: if he dial the number, it's not display in Cisco IP phone Screen. I am new in CCM, which feature should enable it, and where?????

I don't really understand the question. I think you are saying, a User dials 9 + the outside number but on his display the 9 doesn't show up, only the other digits? If the Route Pattern is set up to discard the '9' it won't show on the display. If you are sending the 9 to the Avaya probably, it is set up in the Route Group to Prepend the 9 back on the called number and that is why it is working. But then again, I might not be understanding the question.

ur right
i mean after he dial 9, he cant see the dialed number (other digits), just he see 9..

The only thing I can think of is that your Route Pattern is set up so as soon as someone dials a '9' the CallManager sends the call to the Avaya. In this way, the CallManager never 'sees' the rest of the called number and can't display it on the screen. Look in you Route Pattern and see how they are set up.
