We have a SCCS 5.0 SU03 and web client 4.5 SU03 and the dialed number does not appear on the agent real-time display for all calls. It appears for internal and local calls, but not long distance.
Our local calls go out over ISDN PRI and long distance calls go out over regular T1s. The T1 route is programmed with the following settings:
TYPE TIE
DGTP DTI
DSEL 3VCE
PTYP DTT
SIGO STD
STYP SDAT
Are there any settings we can change on the switch to fix this problem? Would acquiring this outgoing route in Symposium help?
