I have a problem at one site when they dial 911 it's going to the 911 center in another town. The two towns are about an hour away from each other. The PRI originates from the other town and this is probably why it's going to the 911 center in that town. Is there a way to work around this? I was thinking of bringing in a POTS line and routing their 911 calls out it, but I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks

Getting a local line is your only option, unless E911 is available in your area through your provider and/or a third party service and you want to go that route.
