I have a cisco 3620 setup as my modem pool. I am using tacacs as my authenication method. I dialup with a laptop running windows xp sp2 and make a connection without a problem. However when I set the cisco 3620 to callback the laptop modem seems to answer but then drops the call. This setup works fine with windows 2000. Anyone have any ideas?
