Hello,
We recently got rid of our 2 Attendant consoles (Avaya One-X Attendant Softphone), and the two operators now use their desk phone 9630. I have a hunt group 428-5700 setup that when a caller presses 0 from the Auto Attendant, it rings to the hunt group.

Unfortunately, now when I pick up any phone in the office and dial 0, I get a busy signal. How do I fix this? I have a large enterprise S8700 system, with multi locations/tennants.

-Tried to change dial plan for location 6
-Tried to change ars digit-conv for location 6
-Tried to change tennant 6

This is killing me that I cannot figure this silly thing out.
Signed,
Need help pretty please!

It sounds like your dialplan analysis table may need to be addressed. The digit 0 may be currently defined as 'attd'. Try changing it to a VDN and point it to a vector that will route callers to the hunt group.

You can try putting a trace up (list trace station xxxx), dialing '0', and paste the results here.
