Is there a modem in BCM 50 Rls. 3.0. I have a customer that requires me to dial in and make changes.

Yes. It doesn't come automatically activated though. You need to enable it in programming. Its DN is typically 396, or 2396 depending on how many digit extensions your programmed for.

Why not put the 50 on your network? That will give it an IP address and then remote changes would be much easier.
