dial-up to private network

I installed fresh w2k .I am able to connect to my network at office .But to connect to private network by dial-up ,i see network connection wizard has only "dial-up to the internet" and "accept incomming connections" active .The "dial-up to private network" not active .I had w2k installed previously and it was working .Now what I am missing .Is there any addtional comp need to be installed or any config need to be done ?Anybody has answer ,please help !

Same problem (exactly) here -- clues? I've reinstalled the modem by removing it from the hardware list and rebooting
