Dial-Up Networking

I am trying to install UUNET's PAL 4.0 Dialer on Win ME. However, the setup program terminates the installation because it states that Dial-Up networking is not installed.
Of course, it is, but the only thing I can figure is that the problem is that Dial-Up Networking has been moved in Win ME from the MY COMPUTE folder as in Win 95/98. Is there a way to force a reference back to the original location? Or is the problem due to something else?

I would check w/WCOM UUNET to insure your program is ME compliant.

Pal 4.0 will not run on Windows ME. I beleive UUNET is working on the issue, but who knows when it will be released.
