dial-up networking

Hello. When I try to click on add a connection or a currently setup connection, nothing happens. Right clicking on the icon and selecting open does nothing as well. Any ideas? This is win95 and I have to be able to change the username or setup a new connection. Might be a damaged file, but I'm not sure how to find what' damaged. Unfortunately it's not win98. Thanks

uninstall dial up networking reboot then install it again you will be set do this thru add remove programs windows setup

Try uninstall/reinstalling Dial Up Networking. If you don't know how to do this, reply back.
