Dial up network is resetting the pc - Help me

Heallo,

I have a K56flex PCI modem working fine. Yesterday I've tested a USB modem and after that I've not un-installed the USB modem.

When I tried to dialup for internet using my old dialup connectin which is using the k56flex modem, it is resetting the pc. Just after I clikced the Dial butting it is resetting the PC.

I am using Win XP pro with AMD 1700 xp with 256mb RAM, 60gb FDD.

what do u mean by reset, u mean a reboot??

try internetoptions --> always use my default internetconnection, and make your dialup the default
