Dial-up connections disappeared after upgrading from XP Home to Pro

Hello, I upgraded my laptop from XP Home to XP Pro and for some reason I lost my dial up connections. When I tried to recreate them the modem selections are greyed out? I check the Device Manager and the modem shows that it is installed and working. Any ideas?

Search in the Microsoft Knowledge base. I ever had this problem and i had correct it with this database...

Enable the "Remote Access Connection Manager" service.
