Dial Up coneection knocks out Internet

We access the Internet through a proxy server and a T1 connection. We also have an application that needs to access a secured website, that can only access this secured site by creating a dial up connection. This application dials up to an AT&T network which then gives them access to this secured site.

Whenever a user dials up to access this site, all other users on the Citrix Server can not access the Internet until the connection is disconnected. I believe this dial up connection automatically changes the server's default gateway. Does anyone have any ideas how it may be possible to have users be able to dial up to this site and NOT knock out our normal Internet access? I have already inquired about alternatives for this application, but we are in the health care industry and due to compliancy issues, the only way to access the site in question is through a dial up.

Thanks.

pgaliardo,

In the properties of the dialup connection go to the Networking tab. From there, double click on TCP/IP > Advanced then uncheck "Use default gateway on remote network"

Thanks for that John. Actually, I should have mentioned that in my original post. I did uncheck that box. Without it unchecked, it completely made the server unreachable from remote clients. So any clients outside of our subnet would be completely disconnected from the server if someone used the dial up connection. Unchecking the "Use Default Gateway on Remote Network" did resolve that part of the problem. However, Internet access still gets cut off.
