When my PC can't find something on the 'net (say a dead can't connect to the email server or whatever) it keeps on bringing up the dialup dialog despite me telling it to 'NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION' in Internet Options... Any way to make it behave? Thanks!

ive never heard of a page doing that. That sounds more like a dialer. Id await more comments just in case but id run this online scan just to be sure.

If you have already selected never dial a connection then it's not the dialer that's causing the issue.
do you have an anti-spyware program if you do i'd suggest you run it.Those issues are ussually caused by spyware.
