dial tone problem

Hi all,

My system is rls 5.0

When phones forwarded to a private mobile network (4 digits) (of an external carrier) and when incoming call comes to one of them, the calling one does not receive any calling tone. This same thing is not happening while phones are forwarded to a mobile (9 digits not included in the private mobile network) number or a national number (9 digits) Tone is provided.

can you please advise ?
