Dial tone on exterenal calls

Simple question. I have a UCM520 system. All is well except the sound of the dial tone on external dialing. (When dialing '9') I'm new the the platform. Anyone know how to change this using CCA gui?

under the route pattern, uncheck provide outside dial tone
