Dial Tone hearing

I have Avaya S8720 installed in location A linked to another PBX S8720 also in location B via H.323 trunk. B is linked to Definity-Location C via ISDN (PRI/BRI).
When user call from location A to user located in C: he dont hear a dial tone, just when he answer the call, he begin hearing.

Any help??? please

Check the IP configuration of the CLAN and MEDPRO cards of both sites A and B.

Make sure the IP network gateway is correct for all devices. If not, you may not hear call progress tones. You may only hear spoken audio.

noting that B linked also with many sites via H.323 and there's no problems...Only with the site linked through DS1.
