I installed a new phone in an office, and it works. However, every once in awhile, nobody at the desk, phone on hook, just out of the blue the dial tone comes on and disturbs the person on the next desk. They have to reach over and take it off hook and re-hang it up. Is this a wire issue of some sort? or a bad phone?
