I have a RED/BLUE system configured with 1000e, 1000m and a couple G450 sites. Right now when the Blue dials 0 it goes to an acd que transfering to Nuance. When we dial the 0 on the RED side there is a 5 sec delay while i guess it is waiting for the rest of the digits to be dialed as if I dial # right after the 0 it goes directly. I am a Blue guy trying to figure out if there is a way that when the red side dials 0 it goes directly and not wait for the timer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The red side sys and session manager is running 6.3 I believe.
