We have a small healthcare facility and would like to be able to have an easy way for doctors to reach an external dictation system. At our Nortel sites we use a phantom extension forwared out to a toll free number. Can the Magix do the same thing? I'm not looking to do this programming, I just need to point the vendor in the correct direction. Thanks

The Magix has 3-digit system-wide speed-dials (600-699) that would work for that. The doctors would then dial the assigned speed-dial number and it would connect.

You could also renumber an adjunct extension, and remote call forward it to the toll free number. It would appear as an extension, so you could also transfer calls to it, or transfer to it from the Auto Attendant.
