Hi

We recently introduced a new dialling code to route to another companies telephone network. The code is 601 which would be followed by a 5 digit extension ie 601 24233

When I try & dial it the system is only letting me enter 60124 and I can't work out why this is happening. I think it's got something to do with the UDP. How do I increase the number of digits on the 6 range to 8 ??

Any ideas?

change dial ana, make 6 ext lenght of 8, but it looks like you would be better off using AAR routing.
