Dial plan routing 1

I have a pri with a magix and the are sending me 4 digits at 2200. The customer has ext numbers starting at 100. It has been a long time.
In patterns I put 2200, total digits I put 4. In delete digits I put 2 and in add digits i put 1.
I think this should work? I would appretiate any help
