Does the Dial out of ACD Queue integrate digits like a normal interflow? For instance, if a caller is listening to RAD 1400 in path 1500, and I have the Path interflow redirection set to 2500 (call rerouted always to AA), when they press the digit to go to 2500 does 1400, 1500 or 2500 get sent to the AA?

Definitely not 1400

2500 most likely.

1500 not out of the question.

Try it and see is the only definitive answer.

Thought so, but it's sometimes hard to nail down the rules.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll be more confident next time.

dialing out of queue or interflow will almost always 'send' the directory number you are interflowing to, however introduce path unavailable ANYWHERE in the chain of call flow and the number sent is the DNIS (originally called number)

oh! that's explaining complains when a receptionist getting strange calls once in a while and I couldn't reproduce the issue.
