Hello,

Any body knows how to dial * afer 9 to call.

you can't.. dial the acod of the route, then you can add * or #

I'm sorry, but I don't know what * or # are used for. Always learning something new from all of you.
 
In Mexico the carrier has services, to check private voice mail and another services, they start with *
 
I see, probably similar to vertical service codes in the States.
 
I have DID route, the ACOD is 3910, ten dial 3910*88 but i get an error tone
 
That is because the dial tone is coming from the PBX and not the trunk. You have to dial a valid number to route calls out of the switch.
