I need to set-up a ACD path so that they get played RAD messages, one saying please hold and second one to play after this saying please continue to hold or press 1 to leave a message, any ideas!?

what part are you having difficulty with?

ACD Path?
Rads?
Dial out of Q?
Other?
All of the above?

Do you want to give the caller the option to "dial 1" for voicemail in the 2nd message ? If you do I believe you will need an "intelligent" rad. Long time sice i've done it, but you could do it from the 1st RAD.

Wrong Track 12345Kevin, Dial out of Q is relatively simple and does not require a special RAD.

The form Path Interflow Dialing Assignment defines where the call goes when a digit is pressed.

The List number is input in the Path Assignment.
In your case "Recording 2:path Interflow Dialing List"

The Release Digit Receiver option Yes/No determines whether the caller can dial the digit later or only while the recording is being played. Receiver released means only dial during recording.
