Dial into BCM50 not working via X333

I had customer enable via F9*8
Tried to dial into ext 333, modem answered but then some error.
Tried again but thsi stime Bionic Bitch tells me "that ext does not exist"

Again 9*8, it said was enabled still but we disabled and re-enabled anyway.

Still BB says "that ext does not exist"

Has anyone had this issue before and know of fix?
Cant tell you if it's patched as that is why I am tring to dial in.

You can use Ftr9*0, like a RAD.

Yes but that requires an Operator.

I am wondering if this is an issue, seems like a similiar issue with they first release before patches....but back then mdoem was ext 396.

Try a reboot then try again.

Feature 9*0 should also display the modem DN.
Did you check to see if its correct?

Well I sent a tech out and somehow the modem DN changed from 333 to 364 in the course of 2 minutes on it's own.

Actualy it only took me probably 30 secs to redial.

Strange?

Rebooted system and tested dialup and now works.
