Dial in to Exchange

Where everything was previously OK, I'm suddenly having problems picking up my email via dialling into our networked NT4 Server. Dials in OK and registers on network but unable to pick up emails via Outlook connecting to Exchange 5.0 SP2. Error: Unable to open your default email folders. The information store could not be opened.

Any ideas where the problem may be?

Are you logged into NT as the right person? Are the services set up correctly?

Why have you not upgraded to SP4?
