I have been doing some testing with the Dial-In Conferencing abilities of Lync 2010 and I have noticed that when people dial-in to the conference calls there is a noticeable delay in the Voice, almost 1 second I would say. We have been using Lync Online conferencing for a while now with out any dial-in abilities and I have never noticed this before. When people are at their computers using headset there is next to no delay in voice, but when they dial in the delay is huge.
We are using Intelepeer as the SIP trunk provider. I am also working with them to see if there is anything they can do to help this.
Anyone have any experience with this?
