I have two BCM450's, R6. What they want is when someone calls their 800 number, it rings into site A. They want a greeting that them prompts "for sita A press 1, site B press 2", and then the caller would not get reception at the respective sites, but the AA at each site. There is 4 digit dialing between the two, but other than making option 2 dial the full 10 digits, (at a cost) I don't know if this can be done? Every way I have tried it results in either the caller getting Gen Delivery, or "the person you are trying to reach in not available"

You could use the auto-attendant option in the "service directory number table" in the configuration menu of the call pilot.
You'll find the configuration setup using "help" in that menu.
