Dial extension from CCR

Using CallPilot 100. Preferably from a phone station since I'm still trying to get into the Web-Based manager.

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. The advertisements say you can dial an extension from a CCR, but I don't see how to set it up for that in the manual. Only node types I see are menu, info, and transfer. I can't build a tree for the extensions because some extensions have 9s. How do I let a user dial an extension during a CCR tree menu?

Just let the public now that they can dial and extension at anytime during the menu, I normally tell them up front when the message first starts.
