Dial extension during greeting

Since an upgrade from 3.6 2.2c to 4.0 via hard drive replacement, and a full reprogram. Users are unable to dial an extension to get to a user directly, or to their voicemail before or after hours on our main line during the greeting.

look in the Call Pilot I believe under Properties and make sure "Disable DN Dialing" is not checked.
 
I don't show that option under any of the menu's in call pilot.

Let me know if this is located some place other than call pilot in 4.0, or if it is called something else.

1 Click the Auto-Attendant heading.

2 Click the Greeting Tables link.
The Greeting Tables page appears.

3 Select the Greeting Table you want to edit.
The Greeting Table Setup page appears.

4 Select the "Disable DN Dialing" check box for any time of day when you do not want callers to be able to use name or extension dialing.
 
If that doesn't seem to be it..

Make sure in the CCR Tree programming, that you didn't program the CCR Tree as a Home/Info. It will need to be Home/Menu to be able to dial extensions.
