Call Pilot 1.07
Added new 3 digit Dn's and Mailboxes.
Using thru-dial by number only works on 4 digit dn's/mailboxes and not 3 digit. What do I edit to allow 3 digit thru-dialing?
Any help or a point in the right direction would be great..

Change your FIXED LENGTH to 3

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA
 
Changing FIXED LENGTH to 3 replys with,
"that number can not be reached from this service.."
Does the 3 digit DN's need to be added to a directory data base? 4 digit works fine.

Using application builder
I can access the 3 digit ext through Express Voice Messaging Can call internally and use mail boxes with no problems just not using Thru-Dial (dial by number) returns by "that number can not be reached from this service.."
any suggestions?

Not sure if this will work but trying going into Message mgmt and change the fix length to "variable"
