Dial by number block, caller enters 5 digit extension of person they wish to dial, call rings on phoneset, but instead of connecting to the user's mailbox on a ring no answer, the caller hears, "Nortel Callpilot, Mailbox". We have confirmed that there is a valid mailbox, etc. It only seems to be happening for externally dialed calls thru the app builder main phone tree.
