I have MM2.0 system connected thru q-sig trunk group to CM2.2.2 w/s8700 servers. We have a caller application built on the MM for Dial By Name. When a caller wants to locate a person by name, the PBX transfers the call thru a VDN to voicemail, and the MM will transfer the call back to the correct extension upon finding the name in the directory. All this works great. My only problem with it, is the caller id is dropped. All I get is the name of the trunk group when the call is passed back to the PBX. Any thoughts?
