Dial by name not working

9.0.3 embedded in ip office mode. I have verified that the name is spelled correctly in manager and the user has recorded a name. I have tried by both first and last name but the dial by name does not work. Any ideas?

Using the Full Name field in Manager not the Name field correct?

Try going to the latest release of 9 that is an early service pack, there have been lots of bug fixes since.
