Dial by Name for Operator

I followed TouchToneTommy’s post about setting up the Dial by Name feature in Merlin Messaging,

I have one question, how do I setup the operator.

Our operator is on phone extension 10, but her general mailbox is zero (0). I can’t figure out where to setup her dial by name feature. If I put in zero it gives me an error.

Hey, what I would do is set up a phantom ext for the operator.
and give that person a cover btn. for that ext.
the problem with that is no msg. indicator light.
Or they can share ext 10. Or use m-box 9991 for the general
m-box.
