I have a customer that has clients trying to use their dial-by-name, but she says that some callers can't use it at all, and they get stuck in dial-by-name jail. Probably not sending the proper dtmf tones from certain cell phones. Can the vm pro send the calls somewhere else if they attempt to use dial-by-name and it fails?
