Dial by Name changes

We use an AA to front our system. I am trying to walk someone through changing names I guess in the mailbox for dial by name purposes. But I'm not familiar enough to know what screens to take them to through the phone can someone help me? I know how to do it if I dial in, but they have several new people that just started and would like to make name changes themselves. Thanks!

do you have a voicemail admin guide/ manual?

or since u know to program, why not login and document the steps for the programming for the enduser to make changes

choose mbox
choose chg
key inmailbox number and change the name (format last, first)

Unfortunalty I do not have the manual, but I didn't think to dial in and log the steps myself, I wasd thinking they were different through Norstar Manager but I guess they aren't. Thanks again...
