Dial by Name Call Flow

Hi Everyone. I just want to ask if it's possible to configure a Dial by Name by not going to their voicemail and it will go to their extension itself and ring?
Like for example: when a call comes in and AA will say "if you know the extension number dial it now or press 1 and dial the name of the person you want to talk to"

And also how the Voicemail Channel Licenses acquired? Is it Simultaenous? it will eat some Voicemail Channel when a call comes in and also when leaving in their voicemail?

CPO KEY assigns $KEY to $CP0 (if a match is found) and goes to another module that validates the extension number and does the transfer. You can skip the CPO KEY and tranExtension actions, replacing with a Transfer actionto $KEY
