Hey Guys,
I need to take an incoming 8xx number and route it back out another circuit. ROute 5 has my ACOD of 4012. When I try and input 4012xxx-xxxx it rejects me.
ANy Ideas?
Thanks much

What hardware , software revision , trunks are you utilising , this could be a number of things.

can you dial 4012xxx-xxxx from a normal handset ,
How are you trying to route the call back out of the switch ?
Take a list trace and post the results here

As always more information is required there are so many different methods of achieving this its totally pointless to start guessing.

CDGT (when I try and insert 4012 my ACOD for route 5 here plus the 555 4037 it kicks me out.
Yes I can call the ACOD and 555-4037 from my telephone.
I think because the 4037 is not an internal number belonging to a telephone or phanthom it wont let me dial a route ACOD directly!
