I have two BCM450's, R1. What they want is when someone calls their 800 number, it rings into site A. They want a greeting that them prompts "for sita A press 1, site B press 2", and then the caller would not get reception at the respective sites, but the AA at each site. There is 4 digit dialing between the two, but other than making option 2 dial the full 10 digits, (at a cost) I don't know if this can be done?

Just need to have the AA in site A transfer to a unassigned number in site B. Assign that number to a target line that is answered by AA.

I tried that, and am getting the receptionist, not AA?

Open BCM monitor for site B to insure that you're actually hitting the correct line there. Also, make sure that line isn't in a ring group being answered by the attendant and make sure it isn't assigned to ring or prime to the attendant's phone.
